Thanks to Laurence, Fabienne, Adèle and Tom for their welcome and relaxation. The hotel/restaurant is located on the side of the road but from 7 p.m.... no more traffic. Thank you all for the original and very good quality dinner - local products. Thank you for taking into account my gluten intolerance - I enjoyed a pavlova.... succulent!
We were on bikes and had a great hike.
We will come back and wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Very good restaurant with a successful mix of flavors: local dishes revisited with flavors from the Orient or Asia. Excellent desserts suitable for gluten intolerances such as lemon tartiflette on a meringue base and gluten-free. Very pleasant atmosphere and service, modern room with little charm.
